Get a security assessment- Neon Cloud holds ISO 27001:2022 certification and SOC 2 Type II compliance. Our security stack includes cloud firewalls, SIEM, WAF, DDoS protection, AES-256 encryption, and zero-trust architecture.
- SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) is available as an add-on managed service in three tiers: Essential, Advanced, and Elite. Essential includes log collection, basic monitoring, and standard alerting. Advanced adds correlation rules and incident visibility. Elite provides 24x7 security monitoring, advanced threat detection, and proactive incident handling.
- Neon Cloud ensures data residency with all data stored exclusively in our Indian data center in Delhi NCR (Noida), colocated in an NTT Data Center facility. We hold ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certifications, and our infrastructure supports the security requirements for financial, healthcare, and government workloads.
- Neon Cloud includes two firewall layers at no additional cost: Cloud Firewall (security groups for individual instances) and VPC Firewall (granular access-control between VPC tiers and external endpoints). The Network Firewall (virtual router with centralized firewall, NAT, port-forwarding, and egress policies) is available at ₹500/VR/month. For advanced needs, a Next-Generation Firewall powered by FortiGate-VM is available at ₹500/VM/month with intrusion prevention, application control, web filtering, threat intelligence, VPN, and malware protection.
- Neon Cloud offers Cloud Workload Security powered by CrowdStrike Falcon at ₹400/VM/month. It protects cloud servers and workloads against malware, ransomware, and advanced threats with AI-powered detection and response.
- All data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 encryption, and all data in transit is protected with TLS 1.3. Neon Cloud also provides a Key Management Service (KMS) for customer-managed encryption keys and a Secrets Manager for securely storing credentials and API keys.
- Yes, Neon Cloud includes always-on DDoS protection at no additional cost, covering L3/L4 (network and transport layer) volumetric attacks with automated detection and mitigation.
