This Policy applies to all users including direct customers, channel partners, resellers, and end customers. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

A. Account & Identity Information
When you register for an account, purchase services, or interact with our platform, we collect information necessary to establish and maintain your account.
- ·Personal identifiers: Name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and billing address.
- ·Business information: Company registration details (GST number, PAN, EIN/TIN), industry classification, and authorized signatories.
- ·Authentication credentials: Hashed passwords, API keys, SSH public keys, and multi-factor authentication tokens.
- ·Payment information: Credit/debit card details (processed and stored by PCI-compliant payment processors), bank account information for wire transfers, and billing history.
B. Service Usage & Technical Data
- ·Infrastructure usage: Compute instance configurations, storage volumes provisioned, network bandwidth consumed, API call logs, and resource utilization metrics.
- ·Log data: IP addresses, browser type and version, operating system, access timestamps, pages viewed, and actions taken within the control panel.
- ·Performance data: System health metrics, error logs, latency measurements, and uptime records for provisioned resources.
C. Communications & Support Data
- ·Support interactions: Tickets, chat transcripts, phone call recordings (with consent), and email correspondence with our support and sales teams.

1.3 Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
- ·Channel partners: If you are an end customer onboarded through a Neon Cloud channel partner or reseller, we may share relevant account and usage information with that partner to facilitate service delivery and support.
- ·Service providers: We engage trusted third-party processors for payment processing, email delivery, analytics, and customer support tooling. These providers are contractually bound to use data only as instructed and maintain appropriate security measures.
- ·Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, court order, or governmental authority, or when necessary to protect our legal rights.
- ·Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject to the protections described in this Policy.
1.4 Data Storage, Security & Retention
Customer data is hosted in our data centre facilities in India (DEL1, MUM1) and the United States. We implement industry-standard security controls including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), network segmentation, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, role-based access controls, and regular security audits.
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Upon account termination, data is retained for a maximum of ninety (90) days before secure deletion, unless longer retention is required by law.
1.5 Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, restrict or object to certain processing activities, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.

1.6 International Data Transfers

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
